Renée Henderson has been a fitness enthusiast since 2008 – now a full-time influencer, fitness expert and nutrition advisor. She holds a Certificate III and IV in Fitness and has worked in gyms and private studios across Queensland.

From strength and fitness training programs, to developing weight loss programs, boxing classes, post-pregnancy exercise, injury rehabilitation, and experience in cardiovascular, resistance, and nutrition advice.

Renée doesn’t just look after you physically, she naturally provides a holistic approach to your personal goals and health.

InBody 570 Body Composition Scan

When you sign up for the 'Health = Wealth' 8-week program,You will receive 2 Body Composition Scans, this will accumulate clear data on what’s happening inside your body.

The Inbody 570 Scan allows the Health = Wealth team to monitor your level of body fat, lean muscle mass, muscular development, understanding how your diet, current lifestyle and training regime are influencing your overall body composition. With this information we can calculate your daily calorie intake and individual macronutrient breakdown.
